We have a current goal of $2,500.00
That would cover all the rest of our formal paperwork for the school and ministry. $1,000 would put a down payment on both however we are believing for the whole thing so we wont start off in debt. Those of you in a ministry I'm sure can understand and appreciate that

A building for the School and Thrift Store

We have a prospect on a building with an ideal out reach location
(We Currently are holding class at the YMCA and our home)

Title "SWAT Ministries Christian Academy" aka "SMCA"
We are helping to home school children
and drop outs including but not limited to
single parents who didn't complete school
due to caring for their children

The Thrift Store will be to help
continue to earn funds to support the school

We will not be purchasing items it will be on a donation's bases.
This worked really well in Alabama. God's people are very generous

Food / Clothes Pantry
(another need for the building)

We have clothes and food that was donated.
We are running out of place for it.
We not only use donated items for the thrift store to raise funds
but we also have a place for families in need to get food and clothes.
It's all apart of the plan in the ministry to reach every need
and not turn anyone away and we never want to have to say
"Sorry you will have to go somewhere else to get that kind of help"

SUPPLIES

We also are in need of more books
some children and their families
can't afford all the materials needed to properly
home school their children and we do not want to turn anyone away
We have a structured P.E. class at our local YMCA.
We have a monthly fee there.

Continued funds for the school itself

As most know it cost money to get all the proper license
and training and keep all the non-profit paperwork in line

Currently the money is coming directly out of our family income
and small donation's by teens who are working and tithing to the ministry

NO amount of help is too large or too small
