Direct disrespect to the founder or fellow op. Not cooperating in a meeting. Arguing with a decision made by the founder. There is a difference in asking.. what happen to "I think you were wrong" and you dont have all the answers. A Founders Job who takes the whole load on themself to protect everyone and to watch for everyone. Doesnt make choices quickly. I go according to whats fair and according to the Spirit. Disagree with me is fine, but dont call me down or disrespect my position, or you will loose yours.
