:) I live with my mom, and my dad doesn't live with us but I get to see

Hi my name is Ricky,
Im Daniels lil brother, Micahs
nephew,
Mirls nephew, one of Sis Tammys kids...
and a S.W.A.T. TEEN!
I'm not a teen yet tho, I'm only 11.
My Birthday is June 27, 1987.
My
favorite colors are blue, red, purple N white.
I like being in the S.W.A.T.
TEENS cuz its fun!
I don't get to go very much because of
transportation.
but we are trying to raise money for a van
and I know Sis
Tammy will start coming to get me
all the time when we do get the van.
I
don't go to Home school with everyone else I'm in Public school.
I'm in the
6th grade.
I wish I was in home school with everyone else.
because at
public school I get bad grades
and in home school I'm better
and get
straight A's I don't know why.
I asked Jesus in my heart the first time when
I was eight years old.
when I went to West Wilmer Baptist church
but a few
months ago when I went with S.W.A.T. TEENS
to a crusade someone talked to me
during the alter call.
It was a Nicki Cruz crusade.
I just know I never
felt like that before.
I asked Jesus back into my heart and I
remember
when we were outside fixing to go home I looked up at Sis
Tammy
and told her I never felt so good in my whole life!
she smiled and
gave me a hug.
Thats probably when I really understood and met Jesus was that
night.
Before I got to go to the crusade I heard Micah and Mirl and
Daniel
talking about the S.W.A.T Teens.
Micah and Daniel were in it first.
Then Mirl went and He took me the next time he went.
I'm learning about
God and what He can do in my life
and the people I care about.
We live in a bad neighborhood.but mom does the best she can, her and
grandma.
mom and grandma take care of me and my 2 younger brothers
when
one or the other is working sitting with an elderly lady.
My mom and dad
drinks. I don't like it when they do.
just recently they were drinking and
then got into a fight.
It makes me feel really bad when that happens.
I'm
trusting God to change things and help me have a better home life
I'm
praying ALOT!
I think God will make it better.
Sis Tammy says if I just
believe and stand on what God tells me in His Word
and do the best I can He
will do the rest.
I'm praying for God to give me strength to confront my
dad
cuz he's the one who really drinks. Mom just does it every now n
then.
I want to tell my dad that he needs to let God help him.
I know God
can if he will let Him.
Well I think thats all. I'm young so there's not as
much as everyone else.
