Some of the good reasons why we have an outreach here at SWAT Ministry aside of the fact we simply want to just help, serve, and love God's people

With all that said *smile* Let me tell you a little bit about our separate sections of our Ministry
We collect dry and non perishable goods to give away to those who are in need. We do not require any specific zip codes to qualify.
All you need to be able to get food and some household items is to have a need for them.
We do accept gift cards for those needing items that would spoil if kept for long periods of time
We personally give monthly to the Food Pantry
and we have a few people and places who donate
or allow us to have food drives

"Clothes Closet"
As with the food pantry we give clothes to those in need.
We accept donations and add to it personally when we can.
When we don't have items ourselves we call and see if we can find things to help the one(s) in need.
We also like to get in donations of school uniforms. THe schools are almost all going to uniforms and some families simply live on hand me downs and don't have the funds that are needed to go and buy new uniforms for their children.
We are in need of clothing right now.
Coats, shoes, small baby clothing, maternity clothing, men woman and children clothing.
We also have a need for the plus size clothing.

"Thrift Store"
We collect items as you know to help those that are in need. Such as clothing, shoes, food.
We also collect house hold items that people can use.
We also collect odds and ends that no one else wants or needs and no longer has any use for.
Of the things that are not a specific need we use to sell in a yard sale type setting to collect funding to help support the Ministry.
A person(s) needs always comes before the selling of an item.
Such as a family who has just had a baby and they are in need of baby items and we have a car seat out for sale then we simply give it to the family in need.

Bread & perishable items for the food pantry as needed
Ministry Bills
School Books
School Supplies

in all of their areas of need
We know that an education is very important and is what holds some people back from goals they have So we have opened a Christian Home School Umbrella

"For Your Info"
SWAT Ministries tithes to our Home Church
as well as supports other ministries from the funds and resources we collect or personally donate.
We firmly believe that if we support the other works and ministries of God then HE in turn
can bless our ministry even more.
On all cash donations rather it be the website, thrift store, coming to the Ministry building, or through different fund raisers; we always take 10% and invest it into another Ministry doing the work and will of God. The next 10% goes to the benevolence fund. To help those with a cash need.
The rest is sorted and saved for when the need arises be it school supplies or Ministry bill's etc.
