2. Dress Up !!

Sept. 11 was horrifying.
I remember the tower collapsing behind the reporter and watching all my children watching the TV in horror and thinking "Is this real??" My husband called to say he was coming home because they were evacuating all the downtown buildings
and the one he works in is a Government building
It was then I first began watching the news on a regular basis. I use to say as a child I never wanted to read a newspaper or watch the news because all you ever heard was evil bad things that would make you depressed
After 9-11 I have learned to watch the news
so we know what to pray about.
Though we wish we could change what happened 9-11 we can't and so now all we can do is make the best of each day we have left so lets WAKE UP! DRESS UP! SHUT UP! STAND UP! LOOK UP! REACH UP! & LIFT UP! EVERYDAY!

Today as my heart, like all of yours,
is found breaking from sorrow at the events of
today I found that I could not think straight,
could not focus, could not get my mind and heart
around the tragedy of the day and all of it's
ramifications for the rest of our earthly
days. My heart is breaking for those whose
lives are directly impacted by the tragedies and
for the world and what it means to us
ALL. I did not know what to do so
turned to the only place I knew to express my
feelings...here. If anyone would like to use
this page please do. I have not made
buttons, etc........it MUST be a simple set.
It MUST be a set of dignity, it MUST reflect that
the heart is broken. SO, I recommend that
one uses the rainbow code I have inserted into the
HTML for hyperlinked words. There is no logo
